Qanta stethoscope has adjustable diaphragm allowing you to access the traditional low frequencies of a bell and the high frequencies of a diaphragm through simple adjustment in pressure by rotating the chest piece.
If a stethoscope is shared amongst the nurses, it is especially important to wipe and clean the ear tips diligently. It is easy for oil, dirt and sticky ear wax to accumulate in the opening of the ear tips. Any oversight in ear tip cleaning may lead to an ear infection for the next user.
You may customise the fit by adjusting the tension in the headset for a secure but comfortable fit. The ear tubes can be pulled apart to release stress. Squeeze the ear tubes together and cross them over to tighten the spring. Repeat until the necessary tension is achieved.
