Direction of use
For food
- Take 1-3 g of bhringraj powder and mix with lukewarm water, cows ghee, honey.
- Consume it before meals.
- Take 1-3 g of bhringraj powder along with old jaggery (Gur) and haritaki.
- Bhringraj powder can be taken twice a day.
For hair
- Mix equal amounts of bhringraj powder, fenugreek powder and amla powder with curd or lukewarm.
