- Apply it over your face and neck with fingertips. Gently massage all over in a circular, upward stroke for 5-10 minutes

- Wash it in the next morning with a mild cleanser. If you have oily skin, reduce dose to 1-2 drops wash off after 30 minutes to prevent buildup.
