Preparation Instruction
- Mix 2 level scoops (18.2 g) in 150 ml of whole cow’s milk – 2 to 3 serves per day
- Mix 5 level scoops (45.5 g) in 190 ml of water – 2 to 3 serves per day
- Note: Once mixed, it should be consumed immediately. Otherwise, please cover and refrigerate it and drink within 24 hours.
