Directions of Use
- Wrap / place the heat pad around the body part where you need to do heat treatment.
- To operate the heat pad, connect the control to the heat pad by plugging in the connector.
- Then plug-in the power plug into the mains outlet.
- Initially set the heat level at low, and then gradually increase as desired
