Directions of use
For cold therapy:
- Store in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Wrap the pack in a dry towel.
- Apply to the required area for cold therapy.
Hot therapy using hot water:
- Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and immerse the gel pack for approximately 10–15 minutes.
- Apply directly to the affected area once the required temperature has been reached.
