  • Helps in the treatment of Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD) or adult acquired flatfoot (AAF).
  • Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD) is a painful condition that affects the foot and ankle. It can affect your ability to walk or perform certain lower-body movements. PTTD can be treated through nonsurgical or surgical methods.
  • The symptoms of PTTD may include pain, swelling, a flattening of the arch, and an inward rolling of the ankle.
  • Adult acquired flatfoot is a very common condition that affects the feet and ankles of adult males and females. In people with adult acquired flatfoot, the arch of the foot falls or collapses. It can be a painful, sometimes debilitating condition.
  • This brace comes with anatonomical design and new intuitive Integrated Inflation System which allow for customization of the air cell to help lift the foot arch for a more natural position.
  • Along with Aircast® technology, durable cross strapping and easy step-in design, the AirLift provides an off-the-shelf customized fit for comfortable relief from PTTD symptoms.

  • Unsfasten the straps and open the brace.
  • Put on an absorbent sock. Slide foot,toe first into back of the brace.Pull brace shells upward and align the shells with sides of the ankle.Wrap lower strap around back of ankle and snugly fit. Wrap arch support strap around back of the ankle and then front of the ankle and snugly fit.Put on lace shoe or sneaker.
  • Adjust the aircell compression by inserting the hand bulb tip with white into valve on side of the brace.Squeeze until it is snugly fit.

  • Hand wash with mild soap and water.
  • Air dry.
  • Do not allow liquid to enter the valve.
  • If pain, swelling, changes in sensation, or other unusual reactions occur while using this product, you should contact your doctor immediately.
  • Do not use over open wounds.
  • Do not use this device if it was damaged and/or the package has been opened.
  • Do not use if shells or straps are damaged.

Aircast Air Lift PTTD Brace is made of latex-free neoprene, and is designed for easy application and adjustment. The innovative rear entry design allows you to slip your foot into the back of the brace. This can be used to stabilize the condition and helps to prevent its degeneration or post-surgically and during rehabilitation.Used to treat Posterior tibial tendon dysfunction (PTTD) or adult acquired flatfoot (AAF).
