• Take a few drops of the oil on your palm and apply on your face, lips and neck.

Rose Quartz Gua Sha

• For best results, store the Gua Sha in a refrigerator before use.
• Use 2-3 times a week.
• Wash your face, apply the serum / oil and then start massaging.
• Place the Gua Sha on your face as parallel to the skin as possible. Gently sweep in upward and outward motion. At the end of every motion, jiggle the Gua Sha a little in order to release facial stress that you may be holding. Sweep the Gua Sha at least 6 – 9 times in each area without lifting the tool.
• Neck – Sweep the Gua Sha from the bottom Of your neck moving upwards, against gravity.
• Face – Sweep from the center of your chin moving out to the ear lobe. Sweep underneath your cheekbone towards your hairline, to release the excess fluid that may be stored there.
• Under eye – Very gently sweep under eye moving towards the mid line.
• Forehead – Sweep up from the eyebrows to the hairline, split this motion in 3 sections maintaining 6 strokes each.

Note: Please don’t sweep the Gua Sha too hard on your face. Gentle pressure will give you better results.

Rose Quartz Face Roller

• For best results, store the roller in refrigerator before use.
• Use 2 -3 times a week.
• Wash your face, apply the Natural Vibes Gold Beauty Oil and then start massaging.
• It is advised to start from the bottom of your neck, moving upwards with the bigger side of the roller. Repeat the motion in every area 8-10 times.
• After massaging the neck, continue the broad strokes from the center of your chin moving diagonally upwards towards your ears. This is where the lymph drains.
• For the forehead, start upward motions from your eyebrows to the hairline.
• You can now massage the rest of your face with the smaller roller starting with the under eye and moving to the nose, and lips, trying to maintain an upward motion.
• The last few strokes need to be from the center of your forehead towards the temple points for ultimate relaxation.

Note: Please don’t brush the roller too hard on your face. Gentle pressure will give you better results.
