Directions for Use
- Wash your hands carefully.
- Boil bottle, bowl and spoon
- Boil drinking water and allow to cool
- Consult feeding table, pour exact amount of previously boiled water into bottle.

- Consult feeding table and add exact number of leveled scoops for age of baby. Shake bottle well to dissolve powder
- Feed baby with bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed.

- Only prepare one feed at a time.
- Feed immediately and follow the instructions exactly.
- Boiled and cooled water shall be used to prepare this product and any leftover product must be discarded to reduce the risk of infection
