- Read the directions.
- Prepare the formula.
- Warm the refrigerated formula.
- Place your baby in a feeding position.
- Take note of your baby’s intake.

Safety Information:
- Clean the feeding bottle and its parts before first use.
- Carefully inspect the teat before each use, by pulling its tip in all directions. Do not use it and replace it immediately if there are signs of wear and tear or damage.
- Replace teats at least every two months, or earlier if there are signs of wear and tear, swelling, changes in colour or if it becomes sticky.
- Disassemble all the parts of the feeding bottle before washing.
- Before using the product, wash all the parts (especially the teat) by hand using standard washing liquid.
- Rinse thoroughly and dry carefully with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive or aggressive products.

Before the first use, sterilize nipples and bottles in boiling water for 5 minutes. After that, you don’t have to sterilize your baby’s bottles and supplies each time you feed your baby. Wash bottles and nipples in hot, soapy water (or in the dishwasher) after every use.
Hot, soapy water is sufficient for sanitizing a bottle, and sterilizing baby bottles on a regular basis is not necessary. Can wash in dishwasher too. If so make sure each piece – caps, nipples, sealing rings, valves are thoroughly rinsed under running water before being loaded.
It’s important to sterilise all your baby’s feeding equipment, including bottles and teats, until they are at least 12 months old. This will protect your baby against infections, in particular diarrhoea and vomiting.
Bottles should always be sterilized prior to the first use, even if taken directly out of the package. After that initial use, they should be sterilized at least once daily for babies less than 3 months old, born prematurely, or with a weakened immune system.
It is best to change bottle nipples every 3 months to ensure they remain in good condition. If you spot a crack anywhere, you’ll need to change it over straight away.
