Directions for the Use
- Empty the Supafuelz Protein Bar Mix bag and mix it in a bowl.
- Add 7 tbsp of milk, 4 tbsp of honey or jaggery, and 3 heaped tbsp of butter, peanut butter, or ghee.
- Mix evenly until it is moist and put the mixture into a greased square or rectangular container with edges.
- Pat it so that it’s evenly thick and refrigerate for 30 mins.
- Remove container from fridge and cut set mix into rectangle or square bars.
