Breg T scope elbow premier is suitable for stable fractures of the elbow, distal humerus, proximal radius or ulna, tendon and ligament injuries or repairs (Tommy john surgery, distal biceps tendon repair), chronic elbow injuries, collateral ligament reconstructions, elbow hyperextension, range of motion control post injury, tennis elbow release and triceps tendon repair.

Fitting the T Scope Elbow Premier: Unlock the telescope locks on the forearm and humeral bars by rotating.
Hold the brace up to the arm (example shows right arm) with the hinge centered over the elbow joint.
The hinge lock on the hinge must be facing the patientâ€™s hand. Slide telescoping bars until they match the length of the upper arm and forearm, lock the telescope locks by rotating.
While supporting the injured arm, fasten the forearm strap closest to the hinge, then the upper arm strap closest to the hinge.
Next, fasten the upper arm strap furthest from the hinge; lastly, fasten the strap closest to the hand.
Controlling Range of Motion: The spring loaded tabs may be adjusted to limit range of motion. Extension settings between 10Â° hyperextension and 120Â° and exion settings between 10Â° and 120Â° may be selected by pulling the spring loaded tab out and sliding it to the desired position. To prevent range of motion, lock the â€œT Scope Elbow Premier Braceâ€ by sliding hinge lock toward the center of the hinge after positioning the arm at the appropriate angle. For additional security, position the spring loaded tabs at the appropriate lock-out angle.
