Wash your hands well before preparing the feed

Sterilize the bowl, spoon and all utensils in boiling water for 10 minutes

Now, boil drinking water / milk and rest it till lukewarm

Pour the warm water / milk into the serving bowl and add 3 – 4 heaped spoons of Aptagrow health and nutrition powder 3+ years vanilla flavor

Stir it well and feed the baby with the sterilized spoon

Not suitable as a sole source of nutrition

Once opened, store the pouch in an airtight container

Prepare the feed with the boiled water / milk

Use well sterilized bowl and spoon only
