- Hibiscus flower powder (rosa – sinensis )
Direction to use
For food :
- Take a teaspoon (5gm ) of hibiscus powder and mix with water, honey or curd
- Use of a teaspoon (5gm)of powder is advisable in regular food recipes
- You can also use it as hibiscus tea by adding 2-5 gm powder to 150ml boiling water
For skin :
- Take 2-3 teaspoon of hibiscus powder in a bowl of warm water to make a paste
- Apply paste to face and body
- Leave on face (body) up to 15 to 30 minutes
- Let it dry and then wash with plenty of water
For hair :
- Take a teaspoon (5gm) of hibiscus powder in a suitable volume of coconut or sesame oil
- Apply uniformly on hairs, massage for 5-10 minutes
- Clean with regular clean water or shampoo
