The best source of vitamin D is sunlight. Very few food products are a good source of vitamin D such as cod liver oil, cheese, egg yolk, etc. Sun exposures from 10 am to 3 pm at least twice a week for 10-30 minutes can help you prevent vitamin D deficiency.
A pregnant woman should only use Ultra D3 Tablet under medical supervision. High doses of vitamin D shouldn’t be consumed during pregnancy.
Take one Ultra D3 4K tablet per day with your main meal and swallow with water. We do not recommend chewing the tablets because they have not been formulated as chewable.
