Description

Directions of Use
For use in seborrheic dermatitis:
- Wash your hair. Massage Selsun suspension onto the scalp to form lather. Leave on scalp for two to three minutes. Rinse off. Repeat the procedure and rinse thoroughly.
- Note: Use twice weekly or as directed by the physician.
For use in tinea versicolor:
- Apply to the affected areas with water and rinse after 10 minutes. Note: Repeat once daily for seven days or use as directed by the physician.

Tinea versicolor is caused by an overgrowth of a type of fungus (yeast) that is naturally found on your skin. Mostly, it is not harmful or contagious but can be mildly itchy, commonly found on the shoulders, back and upper chest.
Selsun suspension is a topical medicated suspension that has 2.5 % selenium sulphide which helps to reduce and control dandruff through its unique dual-action benefit.
Selenium sulfide is an anti-fungal agent that can relieve itching and flaking of the scalp and removes the dry, scaly particles on the scalp.
