Direction of use:
- Find a comfortable place to sit with a back support on a chair, desk, or table.
- Place your feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a table.
- Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, 1 inch above your elbow.
- Pull the end of the cuff so that you have equal tension around the arm.
- Wait for a moment; touch the Start or Stop button.
- The cuff will slowly inflate and deflate automatically.
- Once the reading is complete, the monitor will display the blood pressure and pulse rate.

Yes, tight cuff can provide abnormal / high or wrong reading.
You should place it tight enough so that you can only slip two fingertips under the top edge of the cuff and it should be placed at equal tension around the arm.
