Directions for Use:
- Place the ear pieces of Dr.odin’s premium stethoscope comfortably in your ears.
- Place the round part over your child’s chest, beneath the left nipple.
- Count for one full minute.
- Place the chest piece (diaphragm or bell)of Dr.Odin’s premium stethoscope directly against skin for the best sound transmission.

Put one finger over the chestpiece bell hole to seal it. Lightly press on the diaphragm.If you feel pressure in your ears when you press on the diaphragm, the stethoscope is not leaky.
Make sure your ears are clean. Ear wax blockages are one of the most common causes of hearing loss. If you keep your stethoscope in your pants pocket, make sure that lint and dirt hasn’t clogged the earpieces.

For a tight, yet comfortable fit, you can adjust the tension in the headset for a custom fit. To decrease tension, pull the eartubes apart. To increase spring tension, squeeze the eartubes together, crossing them over.
Place the chest piece (diaphragm or bell) directly against skin for the best sound transmission. If you’re in a hurry you can hold it over one thin layer of clothing, such as a T-shirt, but this isn’t recommended, as doing so risks missing nuances that might be crucial.
