Description
- Urea , keratolytic agent, removes dead skin cells and relieves dry skin conditions like eczema, psoriasis.
- Emollient nature of urea in moisturex cream softens and smoothens the skin by retaining moisture.
- Lactic acid in moisturizing cream for body exfoliates the dry skin and improves skin roughness, creates a occlusive barrier that retains the skin moisture.
- Propylene Glycol is good for skin hydration , resolves skin dryness and dull appearance.

Direction to use
- Apply a thick layer of the cream twice daily after washing the affected area

Moisturex is a keratolytic, humectant and emollient cream applied topically for the eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis ; Soothes dry and rough skin.
Moisturex Cream works well for the correction of hyperkeratosis, dryness in ichthyosis, pruritus  and allied conditions characterized by dry, rough, scaly skin.
Hyperkeratosis is a condition characterised by thickening of the outer layer of the skin and ichthyosis is a hereditary skin disorder in which the epidermis becomes dry and sticky, similar to fish scales.
In few in may cause mild itching, burning, irritation, skin redness. Most of these symptoms do not require medical attention and resolves gradually. If the condition persist discontinue use and consult Dermatologist.
