Palmer’s complexion Toner can be applied after cleansing, in the morning and at night. It helps to balance the skin’s pH and removes excess dirt, oil, makeup, and other impurities.
After applying your toner, wait for around 10-30 seconds to allow the toner to be absorbed by your skin. While your skin is slightly damp, apply your moisturizer. This helps lock in the moisture from the toner and ensures that your skin remains hydrated.
Skin success complexion toner is made free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, and not tested on animals and it’s safe to use it regularly.
