Direction of use:
- Find a comfortable place to sit with the back support of a chair, desk, or table.
- Place your feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a table.
- Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, 1 inch above your elbow.
- Pull the end of the cuff so that you give equal tension around the arm.
- Wait for a moment; press the Start or Stop button.
- The cuff will slowly inflate and deflate automatically.
- Once the reading is complete, the monitor will display the blood pressure and pulse rate.

The cuff should be tight enough so that you can slip only two fingers in the top edge of the cuff, and it should be placed at equal tension around the arm.
Clean the BP monitor and cuff carefully using a slightly damp cloth only. Do not use any cleaning agents or solvents.
