Direction of use:
- Place your elbow on a table so that the cuff is at the same level as your heart is
- Note: Your heart is located slightly below your armpit a bit to the left of the middle of your chest. Relax your entire body, especially the area between your elbow and fingers.
- If the cuff is not at the same level as your heart or if you cannot keep your arm completely still throughout the reading, use a soft object such as a folded towel to support your arms. Do not allow hard objects to come in contact with the wrist cuff.

Clean the blood pressure monitor body and the cuff carefully with a slightly damp, soft cloth.
- Remove any jewelry and roll up sleeves.
- Wrap the cuff around the left wrist with the palm facing up, ensuring a 1 cm gap from the palm.
- Secure the velcro tightly for accurate measurements; if needed, place the cuff on the right wrist for poor circulation on the left.
Press and hold the memory key for approximately 5 seconds, then the data in the memory zone can be erased automatically.
Adult blood pressure is considered normal at a systolic value of 140 mmHg and a diastolic value of 90 mmHg.
Blood pressure monitor readings can be inaccurate because of incorrect patient sitting positioning, the wrong-sized cuff, and incorrect cuff placement.
