Directions of Use
Initializing
- Press power button and unlock the digitally controlled heating system.
- Then press menu button, you can see the flicker on the top of the screen; this indicates time, increase / decrease time (up to recommended) by pressing top / down arrow.
- Now, press the menu button again to set temperature, you can see the flicker in the bottom of the screen; this indicates temperature, increase / decrease time (up to recommended) by pressing top / down arrow.
- After setting desired time and temperature lock the heating system.
For heat therapy
- Open the cover and slide the heat belt inside the cover.
- Wrap / place the heat belt around the body part where you need to do dry heat treatment.
- Connect the cord to the main and press the H button.
For moist heat therapy
- Dip the absorbent sheet into the water; squeeze it to avoid dripping of water.
- Spread the sheet on the affected area of the body and place the heat belt on it.
- Connect the cord to the main and press the H button.
