- Position 2: 50 to 60˚ C
- Position 3: above 60˚ C

Flamingo orthopedic heat belt has three different levels of heat such as low, medium and high; in the power regulator 0 indicates “OFF”, 1 means low level heat (45 to 50˚ C), 2 for medium level heat (50 to 60˚ C) and 3 means high level heat (above 60˚ C). Initially set the heat level at low, and then gradually increase as recommended.
It is advisable to use heat belt 2 to 3 times per day or as recommended by your physiotherapist.
