Direction of Use:
For cold application:
- Freeze for at least 1 hour before use.
- If needed, allow the pack to soften at room temperature before use.
For hot application:
- Boil water and remove it from heat.
- Immerse the pack in it for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Remove the pack from the water and check the temperature before use.
Microwave Method:
- Heat the pack in microwave for 30 seconds.
