Comes in regular size for people with waist circumference 65–90 cm; L and XL for 90–115 cm, and XXL for 115–125 cm.

The lace pull mechanism adjusts the level of firmness at the back.

Handwash with mild detergent and water at room temperature and dry in shade.

Place on lower back and stretch the belt from both the sides to lock in front.
