Description
- It consists of PUF liner pad with inbuilt cord and crepe bandage.
- Designed to provide immobilization of septic joints after hip surgery / injury.
- Can relieve muscle spasm in low back pain.
- PU foam liner pad for enhanced comfort and anti-skid silicone coating for better traction force without slippage.
- Crepe bandage to hold the cushion pad in the correct position during application of traction.
Directions of Use
- Place the PU foam liner from one end of the knee round the foot to the opposite end of the knee.
- Leave loop space at foot end of the leg.
- Now, wrap the crepe bandage on the PU foam liner starting from the foot towards the knee.
- Connect the inbuilt cord to the traction hook with recommended weight on the other side.

Skin traction kit is a kit, consists of things which are needed to perform skin traction. Tynor skin traction set (PUF Liner) has PU foam liner pad with cord and crepe bandage; it is available in two different sizes such as CH for child and AD for adult.
Skin traction limits the movements and helps to decrease pain, spasms and swelling and also helps in maintaining alignment of extremities after fractures.
Skin traction involves applying traction pads, bandages or adhesive tapes to the skin directly and weights are fastened through a pulley system to it. Here, the targeted body part is pulled into the right position.
Generally, approximately 10% of body weight is used for skin traction; but it is advised to strictly follow as recommended by your doctor.
It contains PU foam liner pad with inbuilt cord and crepe bandage.
Not known to cause any damage. To prevent damage use less force during skin traction to avoid irritation or damage to the skin.
