Directions For Use
- Sit comfortably on chair and apply the support on affected area
- Read the instructions that are mentioned with knee support
- Hold the hinges
- Make sure they are not tight, you should not feel numbness
- Walk around and smooth the knee support to eliminate the wrinkles

Pull the sleeve onto the leg using the loops at the top of each hinge bar. If using wrap around version, simply wrap around leg and fasten over the front of the leg. Position the sleeve so that the hinges are parallel to each other, and the top of the circular cut-out aligns with the top of the kneecap.
- Position your leg at the correct angle.
- Â Move the hinges back an inch.
- Â Fit the anti-migration band.
- A Secure strap #1 around the calf.
- Tighten strap #2 at the top of the thigh.

- Measure up six inches from the center of your knee with a tape measure.
- Measure the circumference of your thigh at the 6-inch mark.
- Measure down six inches from the center of your knee with a tape measure. Then measure the circumference of your calf at the 6-inch mark
