Direction Of Use
Position the Machine:
- Place the oxygen concentrator 1 to 2 feet (0.30 to 0.61 meters) away from walls and furniture
Connect the Humidification Bottle (if prescribed):
- If your doctor prescribes a humidification bottle, attach it to the concentrator.
- Fit the threaded cap of the bottle into the outlet on the concentrator.
- Use distilled or filtered water in the humidification bottle.
- Change the water every time you use the machine.
Attach Oxygen Tubing:
- If using a humidification bottle, insert the oxygen tubing into the port on the bottle.
- If not using a humidification bottle, use an oxygen adaptor (also called a Christmas tree adaptor) to attach the tubes. The adaptor fits into the outlet on the machine.
- Push the larger side of the adaptor into the outlet.
Check the Air Filter:
- Ensure that the air inlet filter is in place. This filter removes particles and allergens from the air
