CANCELLATION & REFUND

Cancellation by Site / Customer

You can cancel your order anytime before it is dispatched directly by informing our Care team through WhatsApp, email, or call.

After your order is dispatched and you wish to cancel the order, you can refuse to accept the order when the courier agent comes to deliver this to you.

If you have prepaid your order, we will refund the amount to you after deducting the payment gateway charges (typically 2%) if you cancel the order before it is dispatched.

If you cancel your order after it is dispatched then we will refund the amount after deducting the payment gateway charges (typically 2%) and courier charges (as per actuals depending on your location).

The refund will reflect in your account within 5-7 business working days depending on your bank’s processing time.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or if any transaction defies the terms and conditions of using the website, then we can at our sole discretion, cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.

Returns

You can return the product within Two (2) calendar days if the delivered product is damaged, expired, or different from ordered. Kindly share an unboxing video of the parcel you received from us against this order to help us understand whether the delivered parcel was damaged, expired, or different from ordered.

To take an unboxing video you can use your smartphone or any camera device and point it to the parcel while you unpack it and take out the ordered product. Then you can point to the expiry date and condition of the product to identify if this is in the expected conditions.

Returns will be accepted and processed only if all the following conditions are met:

Undamaged Condition: The product must not have been damaged while in your possession.

Correct Item: The product must match the one originally shipped to you without any alterations or substitutions.

Original Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, including the brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all included accessories.

*Don’t attempt to break seal or open the product if the product received is different from what you ordered.

Please ensure all criteria are met to facilitate a smooth return process.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account (or original method of payment) you will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Or else if you wish, we keep your money in Cureka E-Wallet.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
