Directions for Use
- Wrap the orthosis around the ankle and lock it with velcro
- Plug the electric supply and adjust the heating level as required.
- Heating therapy relaxes the tense muscles and relieves ankle pain.
- Use for 15 to 20 minutes.

This is used to improve the walking patterns by reducing , preventing or limiting movement of the lower leg and foot and by supporting weak muscles.
Ankle orthosis used to relieve ankle pain , help reduce muscle spasm and helps in speedy recovery.
Wrap the orthosis around the ankle and lock it with Velcro and plug the electric supply and adjust the heating level as required.
In the first week, wear for 1 hour three times a day, 2nd week wear for 2 hours for three times a day, 3rd week wear for hours for 2 times a day.
Within these period , injury may be healed. But in major cases , want to wear for years of time as per doctor’s advice.
It is important that shoes are worn because without shoes it can be slippery.
Clean atleast weekly once to prevent bacterial build up and nasty smells. Handwash with water or clean with damp towel. Once its dry, put it on again. Don’t soak with water if has metal parts.
No it should not come in direct contact with skin, so one must wear socks.
