Directions of use
For cold therapy:
- Store in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- Wrap the pack in a dry towel.
- Apply to the required area for hot therapy.
Microwave:
- Place the gel pack in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Wait until the desired temperature is reached.
- Place the pack on the affected part to use
Hot therapy using hot water:
- Bring the water to a boil, remove from heat, and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4–10 minutes.
- Apply directly to the affected area once the required temperature has been reached.
