UM skin traction set is used to provide traction to the extremities in an indirect way.
The purpose of the foam liner is to increase skin friction without slipping.
Crepe bandage keeps the cushion pad in place during traction application.
Designed to immobilise infected joints following hip surgery or injury.
It is made up of a puff liner pad with a built-in cord and a crepe bandage.

Direction of use

Place the foam liner from one end of the knee, around the foot, to the opposite end of the knee.
Leave loop space at the foot end of the leg.
Now, wrap the crepe bandage around the foam liner, starting from the foot towards the knee.
Connect the inbuilt cord to the traction hook with the recommended weight on the other side.
