Jusdee 60k is a high dose of Cholecalciferol tablet which is recommended for Vitamin D3 deficiency and should be consumed once a week or as advised by your doctor.
Generally, Vitamin D3 supplement can be taken with or without food; but it is ideal to be taken orally after a meal. Consult your doctor if you have any doubts.
