Direction of Use:
- Insert hand in the elastic stockings & hold the heel portion in your palm.
- Now reverse the stockings outward.
- Slide the inverted stocking till the heel and then pull up the stocking up to thigh level.
- Ensure there are no wrinkles.

- Slightly bend the knee you want to measure at about 30 degree.
- Measure your Thigh circumference about 5.0″ above the centre of your knee cap below the knee around the mid-calf.
