How do you put on a Donjoy Playmaker knee brace?

Pull the sleeve onto the leg using the loops at the top of each hinge bar. If using wrap around version, simply wrap around leg and fasten over the front of the leg. Position the sleeve so that the hinges are parallel to each other, and the top of the circular cut-out aligns with the top of the kneecap.

What are the step by step instruction to be followed while wearing a knee brace?

  • Position your leg at the correct angle.
  •  Move the hinges back an inch.
  •  Fit the anti-migration band.
  • A Secure strap #1 around the calf.
  • Tighten strap #2 at the top of the thigh.

Tighten strap #3, the lower of the calf strap

  • Measure down six inches from the center of your knee with a tape measure. Then measure the circumference of your calf at the 6-inch mark
