Direction of Use
- Refer the enclosed manual for better understanding.
- Fill the bucket with lukewarm water (initially consult your doctor for appropriate quantity).
- Simply lie down on your left / right side.
- You can apply a lubricant (oil / aloe gel) over the nozzle for easy inserting.
- Insert the nozzle around 2 inches in rectum.
- Switch on the clamp.
- Switch off the clamp when you feel full.
- Remove the nozzle; have a walk and massage you stomach.
- Release toxins finally
