- OTRIVIN PAED NASAL SPRAY 10ML is a decongestant nasal spray used to prevent nasal congestion in children Xylometazoline Hydrochloride works by narrowing the blood vessels in the nasal passages, which helps reduce swelling and congestion.
- It also stimulates secretions in the nose and sinuses to help reduce mucus buildup.
- When used as a nasal spray, it helps to clear the airways and reduce inflammation in the nose and sinuses.
- It is effective in providing relief from nasal congestion and can help clear a stuffy nose.
- However, it should not be used for more than 3-5 days as it can cause rebound congestion when stopped.

Direction of use
- First, make sure you wash your hands before using the Nasal Spray.
- Take the cap off the nasal spray and tilt your head slightly back.
- Place the nozzle into one nostril and press the pump down to spray a dose of the medication into your nose.
- Do the same for the other nostril.
- Wipe the nozzle clean with a tissue and replace the cap.
- Do not blow your nose for at least 15 minutes after using the spray.
- Repeat as needed.

- has a nose injury, including a perforated eardrum
- has glaucoma – has an overactive thyroid

OTRIVIN Paed Nasal Spray is an over-the-counter (OTC) nasal spray used to treat nasal congestion in children. It contains Xylometazoline hydrochloride, an active ingredient that helps to decongest the nasal passages.
OTRIVIN Paed Nasal Spray should be used in accordance with the directions on the product label. It should be sprayed gently into each nostril, up to 3 times a day, or as directed by a doctor.
OTRIVIN Paed Nasal Spray should not be used in children under six years of age, or in individuals who are allergic to any of its ingredients. It should also not be used if the person has recently had nasal surgery, or has a nasal or sinus infection.
Paed Nasal Spray should be used no more than three times a day and for no more than seven days.
Paed Nasal Spray typically begins to work within 10 minutes of being administered.
