Use the search bar to search from the list of products.

1. Click on “Buy Now” if you are looking to buy the product. It will pop up with three options – View Cart, Checkout and Continue Shopping. Now you click on “Checkout’ button and fill up all the required details to place an order.

2. Click on “Add to Cart” if you are looking to buy more than one product. You will see three options – View Cart, Checkout and Continue Shopping. Now you click on the “Continue Shopping” button to view, and add remaining products to your cart. Once you finish adding all the products, Click on the “Cart” to view all products. After confirming the products, click on “Proceed to Checkout page” and fill up all the required details to place an order.

Click on “Login & Signup” present at the right side top of the page. If you are an existing user, enter your username and password and click on Login. If you don’t have an account, please provide username, email address and Password to register your account. Once your account is created, you can login using your username or email address and password.

At the login section, Click on “Lost your Password”. Now you enter your email address or username to reset your password. You will receive an email to reset your new password.

We accept COD (Cash on Delivery) for all the orders up to INR 1500.

For online payment transactions, we provide a vast number of options such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club International, JCB, Maestro, and Rupay. Also, we support payments through internet banking of most banks.

Once the product is dispatched for your order, you will get an SMS with the Tracking link and tracking ID. Using that you can track your order anytime on your smartphone or a PC.

Any order value over INR 900 will get free shipping. If the order value is less then INR 900, there will be a charge as follows,

On average, an order will take 6-8 working days.

No. We are just shipping nationally at the moment.

Yes, you can cancel the order after you purchase an order. But we can’t consider cancellation if the product reached you before your request.

Yes, we offer a 100% refund of all pre-paid cancelled orders.

After you cancel the order, it will take 2-3 working days to refund the money.

No you can’t request an exchange of the product. However, if your product is damaged anyway during transit, you can return and we will replace it with a new one.

If the product is damaged, you can request for a new product. However the damage should be reported within 2 Calender days. Also, you need to courier the damaged one, since there will be no pickup. Once we receive your package, we will send you a new product.

Mostly equipment comes with a warranty. As for normal product, it comes with an expiry date.
