Direction of use:
- Insert the air plug into the air jack securely.
- Put your arm through the cuff loop.
- Close the fabric fastener firmly.
- Press the START/STOP button. The arm cuff will start to inflate automatically.
- The reading will be displayed.
- Remove the arm cuff.
- Press the START/STOP button to turn the monitor off.

Omron BP Monitor can help measure your blood pressure and can wirelessly transmit the data to a smartphone via Bluetooth.
The monitor inflates a cuff around your arm, measures the pressure of your blood flow, and then displays the results on the device and your connected Bluetooth device.
You can measure your blood pressure within one hour after you get up in the morning and before you go to bed at night.
Wrap the cuff around your upper arm, sit quietly for a few minutes, press the start button, and wait for the reading to complete.
