Directions for Use:
- Use applicator to slide the stockings
- Make sure Silicon band is on the inside while inserting your hand.Slide the stockings onto your arm with hand reaching the heel area
- Holding the extra heel material, turn the stockings inside out, till the heel.Broaden the mouth of the fabric cave so formed
- Wear it on the foot and pull, till it reaches the heel.Unfold the stockings from heel to knee, in a manner that fabric rolls on the fabric and not on the bare skin
- Pull the upper part of the stockings from knee till mid-thigh.Smoothen the wrinkles from bottom upwards till you get absolutely stretched garment.
- Remove the applicator carefully.

Wear your compression stockings during the day and take them off before going to bed. Put them on again first thing in the morning. Must have atleast 2 stockings, or 2 pairs if you’re wearing them on both legs. This means you can wear 1 stocking (or pair) while the other is being washed and dried.
Compression socks use SmartSilver™ antimicrobial technology, which binds to the fabric of the sock on a molecular level. So wearing them 3-5 times before each wash is recommended.
