- Sit comfortably on chair and apply the support on affected area
- Read the instructions that are mentioned with knee support
- Make sure that they are not tight and you don’t feel any numbness.
- Walk around and correct the knee support to eliminate the wrinkles

Clean the Donjoy Full Force Knee Brace regularly. The liners and condyle pads can be hand washed in cool water (30°C/86°F) using mild soap, and air dried. Do not heat dry liners or pads.
