Direction of use
- Place Anu Thailam in a warm bowl of water.
- After a few minutes, take out the thailam and check that it is sufficiently hot.
- Instill 1-2 drops of these Ayurvedic nasal drops in each nostril, and continue lying down, face up.
- When the medicine reaches your throat, spit out the excess mucus.
