Directions for Use
- In case of cold therapy keep the gel pack in the freezer for at least 2 hours and for hot therapy keep the gel pouch in micro oven for 20 seconds.
- Insert the gel pack in the packet of the shoulder support.
- Place the detachable band on the side of the heating pad that goes on your back for easy adjustment.
- The arm velcro can be closed before sliding the arm. You can tighten it later.
- The open buckle should always be in front for both left and right shoulder.
- The shoulder pressure strap pocket can also be tightened to increase compression.
