Directions of Use
- Find a comfortable place to sit with a back support of chair / desk / table.
- Place your feet flat on the floor.
- Rest your arm on a table.
- Place the cuff on your bare upper arm 1 inch above your elbow.
- Pull the end of the cuff so that you give equal tension around the arm.
- Wait for a moment; touch the Start / Stop button.
- The cuff will slowly inflate and deflate automatically.
- Once the reading is complete, the monitor will display the blood pressure and pulse rate.
