Directions for Use
Applying the Medical compression stockings:
- Slide the stockings onto your arms with your hand reaching the heel area holding the extra heel material.
- Turn the stockings inside out till the heel broadens the mouth of the fabric cave.
- Put your foot into the toe of the stocking, and gently slide the stocking over your heel.
- Then use your fingertips or palms to slide the stocking up your leg.
Removing the Compression stockings:
- Grab the socks at the upper part by the fabric, and not the elastic band.
- Slowly invert the sock down your leg.
- Once the sock is rolled past your ankle, you can either keep rolling it down, or you can remove it like a regular sock by pulling outward from the toe part.
Safety Information
- Hand washing with mild detergent and cold water is recommended.
- Do not bleach or iron.

You can have 2 pairs. Wear 1 pair each day. Wash and dry the other pair. Replace your stockings every 3 to 6 months so that they maintain their compression and support.
