Direction to use
- Remove the hot and cold pack from its pouch to make it cool or hot
For cold compress
- Preserve hot and cold pack in freezer or place in freezer or about o degrees for a minimum of 1 hour
For hot fermentation
- Place the gel pouch flat in a microwave,heat for 45 seconds on 800 watts power or heat sufficient water for boiling temperature
- Place the gel pouch in it for 10 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached
