Direction of Use
- Position either the gel or air insert in the Tennis elbow strap: With the strap loose, slide the band on to the forearm bringing the insert into the desired position.
- For Tennis Elbow: Position the insert below the elbow joint on the outside of the forearm.
- For Golfers Elbow: Position the insert below the elbow joint on the inside of the forearm.
- When the insert is properly positioned, adjust the strap for comfort without being too tight.
- Cold therapy is recommended after injury or activity to reduce swelling. Remove the gel insert from the band and place it in the freezer for a minimum of 1 hour. Place the gel insert in the band and position it directly on the injured tendon area and adjust the strap for a comfortable fit.
