Prsuiphates, Skmmed Mik Powder, Turmeric, and Oleoresin

Direction of use:

Wash your face before applying the bleach.
Mix a teaspoon of the bleach cream with 1/4 of the bleach powder.
Mix the two for about one minute.
Apply the mix carefully to your face and neck area.
Leave it on for 15 minutes.
Clean off the bleach using a cotton ball and rinse with cold water.
