It’s good to replace the brush every 90 days.
Every morning and after every meal brush a little gently to remove the food in between the teeth to keep the teeth strong.
Take warm water and soak the brush for a few minutes to make the bristle soft and clean.
Keep the toothbrush in the upright position so that the brush can dry and be hygienic.
